Please read these terms carefully before using the Caspo platform. By using Caspo, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Caspo platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including property owners, agents, and tenants.

2. Platform description

Caspo is a rental listing and property management platform that connects property owners and agents with prospective tenants in Tanzania. Caspo does not act as a landlord, tenant, agent, or party to any rental agreement. Any rental agreement is strictly between the owner and the tenant.

3. Listing requirements

Owners and agents may list properties on Caspo subject to verification. Listings must be accurate, lawful, and non-deceptive. You must have the legal authority to list the property. Caspo reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these requirements or our content standards.

4. Tenant responsibilities

Tenants are responsible for independently verifying property details before entering any agreement. Caspo does not guarantee the accuracy of listings and is not liable for any loss resulting from reliance on listing information. Always conduct due diligence before committing to a rental.

5. Prohibited conduct

You must not use Caspo to post fraudulent, misleading, or illegal listings; to harass or abuse other users; to scrape or misuse platform data; or to circumvent any security or access controls. Violation may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

6. Fees and payments

Basic listings on Caspo are free. Featured boost services are subject to fees as displayed on the platform at time of purchase. All fees are quoted in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS). Caspo does not handle rent payments between landlords and tenants.

7. Intellectual property

All platform content, branding, and software are owned by Caspo Technologies Ltd or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, descriptions) but grant Caspo a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the platform.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Tanzanian law, Caspo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid to Caspo in the preceding 12 months.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dar es Salaam.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of Caspo after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the platform.
